Well, you thought you were impenetrable huh? Well my guess is if you reading this than your infected and trying to figure out: a.) How you got infected when you had the latest antivirus software and were using a safer browser like Firefox? And b.) How do I get rid of it? Hopefully you haven't been bullied into paying for this junk! Well here is what you need to do to get clean:
Enable "System Restore" and uninstall "Malwarebytes"

(Don't purchase this program from Trend Micro, it will cost you more and it's better to have a cd in case you need to reload. Threatfire This free program works nicely to fill in the protection gaps that PC-Cillin has and it has a small memory footprint.
Firefox This free web browser is much safer than Internet Explorer
